# Allis discovery-led campaign kit

**Draft for discussion · 16 October 2026. No ads have been launched or scheduled.**

Start with `November-campaign-review.html` for the complete November campaign, the three audience explainers and supporting films. Open `index.html` for the earlier offline visual catalogue. It displays all 39 social designs, 11 film exports (one master plus ten supporting versions) and the eight silent website hero loops. Relative links work within the delivered folder.

## Social designs

- **21 organic / owned-resource review designs:** six feed posts, six stories and three three-card carousels.
- **18 first-wave paid concept designs:** C01, C02 and C03 each have a P01 feed and story, and a four-frame P02 carousel. Their copy maps exactly to `campaign-plan.json`.
- Every design includes JPG, PNG and editable SVG. `asset-manifest.json` records the persona, format, copy ID where relevant, caption, intended use, route and filenames.
- The previous-experience concepts (`04-what-feels-different` and the `trying-again` three-card carousel) are for organic or owned-resource use, not cold paid placements. Paid concepts carry the classification “Paid concept draft; platform review required”.

The approved palette and DM Sans typography combine 01 Quiet Confidence with 03 Your Path: actual office photography, clear navy/ivory text blocks, and restrained blue/gold pathways. SVGs retain editable text, panels, paths and image crops; embedded fonts and source font files support editing.

## Films and audio

The November review leads with the three 44-second audience explainers: `first-step-real`, `questions-explainer` and `referral-real`, each in portrait for social and landscape for website use. The supporting library also includes **`video/allis-master-overview-wide.mp4`**, the 132-second landscape master. It introduces all six therapists with Megan Young first, then covers the three audience chapters, with Everyday AI narration, Artlist music and one call to action at the end. A poster, WebVTT and SRT captions accompany the master.

The remaining ten exports are landscape and portrait deliveries for five supporting narratives:

1. `first-step-real`: starting with a question.
2. `questions-explainer`: questions about fit and working together.
3. `referral-real`: a useful starting point for recommending support.
4. `questions-15s`: the short social derivative.
5. `office-tour-photo-motion`: a look inside the real Allis office.

Each final film has an MP4, poster JPG, English WebVTT and SRT captions. Use manual playback, `playsinline`, `preload="none"` and the supplied poster for content films. The catalogue itself does not autoplay them.

The final narrated films use **Everyday AI narration**, an American English female-presenting voice, with **Artlist music** beneath it. The recorded music source is *Deep Water* by Adi Goldstein. Narration is an independent production voice; no photographed or filmed person is represented as speaking it or offering a testimonial. Audio source and production metadata are recorded beside the video outputs.

Only finished rendered films are distributed. **Raw licensed stock footage, music tracks and isolated narration source files are not included in this kit.** Source/license records remain with the production workspace. Check the intended distribution against the account’s license coverage before external release.

## Website hero loops

`hero-loops/` contains `home`, `starting`, `trying` and `referral` in desktop 1920 × 1080 and mobile 720 × 1280 formats, each with a still poster. The homepage loop is 20 seconds; the audience loops are 11 seconds. They are H.264 faststart, silent and free of baked-in text or logos.

The homepage loop uses the exact preferred cream-sweater woman image at the opening and closing, with subtle camera movement rather than generated face animation. Between these bookends are three actual Allis interiors—a bright therapy room, shared seating and the internal rooms—and two illustrative Artlist moments: journaling and a natural café conversation. The original woman posters are retained exactly. The landing-page loops are primarily actual-office photo-motion with brief illustrative stock inserts. Use decorative muted looping playback with a pause control and a still-poster fallback for reduced motion or playback failure. Source sequences and verification are recorded in `hero-loops/manifest.json` and `qa-report.json`.

## What the imagery represents

- **Actual office photography:** supplied by the client; it shows the real Allis interiors. Cropping, format conversion and photo-motion do not change the furnishings or architecture. The collection does not establish the public entrance, parking, check-in or accessible route.
- **Actual team portraits:** verified photographs and names from the existing Allis website. Their existing professional information is retained. They are not interchangeable with stock performers.
- **Illustrative stock:** Artlist performers and scenes provide general human context. They are not presented as Allis staff, clients, a filmed therapy session or an outcome of care.
- **Preferred homepage portrait:** an existing generated brand-concept image of the cream-sweater woman. It is not a clinician or client photograph.

## Audience and destination mapping

- Starting therapy: `/start-with-a-question/`
- Trying again: `/room-for-a-different-start/`
- Recommending support: `/help-someone-connect/`
- Office-tour strand: `/our-space/`

These are routes in the review website. Add the approved final domain when preparing links for distribution. No patient information or personal answers should be placed into ad URLs.

## Plan, copy and review

`campaign-plan.md` is the readable plan; `campaign-plan.json` is the structured source. `CAPTIONS.md` holds the earlier organic captions. Exact paid primary text and destinations are also embedded in the asset manifest.

All new writing, advertising concepts, proposed distribution and measures remain drafts. No spend, targeting setup, account launch, budget, owner or deadline is approved by the existence of these assets. Confirm current practice facts, final destinations, permissions and the platform’s current requirements before publication. An inquiry remains a request to connect, not a confirmed appointment.

## November review handoff

Start with `November-campaign-review.html` for all six paid concepts, twelve organic copy drafts and the proposed November 1–28, 2026 calendar. `November-campaign-copy.txt` is the plain-text version. The full visual catalogue remains `index.html`.

The `guides/` folder contains the three existing printable question guides. All twelve November posts now have matching visuals: 31 static cards plus two portrait reels with narration, music, captions and logo/CTA endings. They remain drafts for discussion. The earlier 39-design collection is retained as additional exploration. The calendar is a proposal, not a record of posts scheduled or ads booked.

## Complete November visuals

`november/manifest.json` maps all twelve dated posts to their exact copy and finished files. Open `November-campaign-review.html` to review the full campaign, paid concepts and calendar. New cards are 1080 × 1350; reels are 1080 × 1920. Every static card includes JPG, PNG and editable SVG. Original client photographs and team portraits are used without generative changes. Dates remain proposed; no approvals, budgets or bookings were created.

The current November social reels are the `reel-v2` exports. These intercut licensed Artlist B-roll with actual Allis office photographs while retaining narration, music, exact captions and logo/CTA endings. The earlier photo-led renders are retained as recoverable versions.
